There's not long left until 2009 finishes and 2010 begins, and we have a few important announcements to mention for these final months:

Closing Dates:
We will be closing Friday 18 Dec 2009 and reopening Wed 20 Jan 2010

Xmas Orders:
Many of you are placing orders which you would want to arrive before the 24th, to give as gifts. As a rough estimate, we think the latest ""safe"" date to place your orders is Friday 11 December 2009 (when ordering without branding) or Monday 7 December 2009 (when ordering with branding)

Remember, these are only estimated dates, orders placed later may very well arrive in time, but in the case of unforeseen stock problems and postal delays, orders placed later may not arrive in time.

Holidays:
We will be closing for the New Year, but the sites will remain open and accepting orders on the website as usual. The last day we will process and dispatch orders will be Friday 18th Dec, any orders placed after the 18th December will only
be processed, dispatched and shipped when we return, which will be Wed 20 January 2010.

During this time email support will not be available but any mails or orders received will definitely be attended to once
we reopen. We would appreciate it if you could contact us only for important matters, or we will go back to work with mountains of emails to reply, which we'd rather try to avoid if at all possible.
